Communion Ministry
Our heartfelt thanks go to Bill and Tie Parker for their faithful communion ministry. For several years they have been responsible for setting up the communion table for every worship service. As of December 18, 2011 they will be retiring, so we are in need of some one or a couple who feel called to take on this valuable behind-the-scenes ministry. It will involve purchasing the bread and juice, setting the communion table, and the clean up of the elements for each communion service.
Volunteer Opportunities
The church relies on volunteers to support its church services, activities, and programs. As an activist church, all members are encouraged to share their time and talents. The following volunteer opportunities are available on an ongoing basis.

In addition, individuals with unique or specialized skills and talents are encouraged to share their expertise in support of church activities and functions. Some examples are expertise in photography, graphic design, computer programing, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance work.
